Refund policy

We hope you love your "Our Wedding Diary", but if for any reason you are not satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. 
• To request a return, please email us at info@laceandflower.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will send instructions for returning the product. 
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
